The first Maserati Ghibli was presented in the fall of 1966: A two-seater coupe with a hatchback body. A two-seater Spyder followed at the end of 1968. In 1992, the Ghibli name returned to the Maserati portfolio; it was an offshoot of the Maserati biturbo coupe, whose body structure was adopted largely unchanged. It was a two-door notchback coupe with four seats. In August 2013, the third series of the Maserati Ghibli appeared: A four-door sedan. In 2022, it is already called a sedan with sports car character. The high performance, its balanced weight distribution and aerodynamic body contribute to an exceptional driving experience. The new oval logo adorns the legendary front end and the taillights, reminiscent of a boomerang shape, complete the car's finely sculpted, dynamic curves. Its interior, with the finest Italian-style materials, was designed exclusively for Maserati by Ermenegildo Zegna. Its ZF eight-speed automatic transmission ensures precise gear changes. The last two gears are designed to reduce fuel consumption and increase comfort.
