GHIBLI Overview

The first Maserati Ghibli was presented in the fall of 1966: A two-seater coupe with a hatchback body. A two-seater Spyder followed at the end of 1968. In 1992, the Ghibli name returned to the Maserati portfolio; it was an offshoot of the Maserati biturbo coupe, whose body structure was adopted largely unchanged. It was a two-door notchback coupe with four seats. In August 2013, the third series of the Maserati Ghibli appeared: A four-door sedan. In 2022, it is already called a sedan with sports car character. The high performance, its balanced weight distribution and aerodynamic body contribute to an exceptional driving experience. The new oval logo adorns the legendary front end and the taillights, reminiscent of a boomerang shape, complete the car's finely sculpted, dynamic curves. Its interior, with the finest Italian-style materials, was designed exclusively for Maserati by Ermenegildo Zegna. Its ZF eight-speed automatic transmission ensures precise gear changes. The last two gears are designed to reduce fuel consumption and increase comfort. Top priority is given to safety, leading to the result: high-performance luxury with a 5-star safety rating from EURO NCAP.

GT Hybrid

The Ghibli Hybrid elegantly emphasizes the Grand Touring philosophy. It is the first hybrid in the history of the brand with the trident, while retaining the unmistakable sound. The blue color was chosen to identify all vehicles with hybrid technology and the new world they represent. On the outside, the blue color characterizes the three iconic side air ducts, the brake calipers and the lightning bolt in the oval that surrounds the trident on the rear pillar. In the interior, the embroidery on the seats is decorated with it. The innovative powertrain combines an internal combustion engine (4-cylinder) with a 48-volt alternator and an additional electric charger (e-booster) supported by a battery. This is housed in the rear of the vehicle, improving weight distribution. The GT is around 80 kg lighter than the diesel. With a maximum power of 330 hp and a max torque of 450 Nm, its data are impressive: the top speed is 255 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is completed in 5.7 seconds.

Modena

His character is summarized in 3 words: Sporty, Sophisticated and Dynamic. For sports enthusiasts, it's the perfect balance of elegance and driving pleasure. With a kerb weight of 1'850 kg, it's ready to go. With its 350 hp (257 kW) at 4'500 rpm, the Ghibli Modena reaches a top speed of 267 km/h. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes place in 5.5 seconds, thanks to the 6-cylinder V-engine and the displacement of 2'979 ccm. The basic equipment includes: Sports shock absorbers with colored inserts in black, 20" alloy wheels in URANO design with aluminum brake calipers painted in black and sporty design elements front and rear in glossy black. The interior features sports seats: 12-way power-adjustable front seats with 2-way memory function for the driver's seat. Likewise, leather upholstery has been upgraded to natural leather for the seats, upper dash, armrests, steering wheel and shift knob. The whole is rounded off with a 3-spoke multifunction sports leather steering wheel.

Modena S Q4

The Modena S Q4 is the only one in the Ghibli family to feature Q4 intelligent all-wheel drive with active power distribution. As a result, it handles even better and has better optimization. Performance and comfort are paramount. The algorithm continuously monitors dynamic parameters such as wheel speed, steering, yaw angle, and road grip. With 430 hp (316 kW) at 5'750 rpm, it reaches a top speed of 286 km/h. It's 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds, 0.7 seconds faster than the Modena. Its unladen weight is 1'935 kg. It is the only one that has 20" alloy wheels in URANO design in gloss black and the Nerissimo package already included in the standard equipment. This includes, for example: a dual exhaust system with black tailpipes, taillights and LED main headlights in dark finish. The window surrounds and exterior mirror cover are black. And some more.

Trofeo

It is one of the most powerful and fastest Ghibli's of all time. With its V8 engine, it brings the excitement of a race into everyday life, just like the 1st Ghibli in 1966. In addition to the many driving modes, which the other models also have (Auto, Increased Control & Efficiency (I.C.E.)), the additional pulse-accelerating Corsa mode is available. It ensures more spontaneous throttle response, faster shifting and a more intense sound. Launch Control supports rapid acceleration from a standstill. With its 580 hp (427 kW), the Ghibli Trofeo reaches a top speed of 326 km/h and is from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds. The super sports sedan delivers the best performance. The Trofeo emblem on the side vents and the timeless Saetta logo on the C-pillar features a bold red flash, and the Italian flag on the B-pillar is a reminder of the country where the myth was born. The sports steering wheel, sports pedals, carbon elements and exceptionally soft sports seats invite you to step on the gas.
